Job Title: Social Media Marketing Executive

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create and curate engaging, high-quality content (graphics, posts, videos, stories) for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and twitter.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on key social media metrics such as reach, engagement, followers, conversions.
• Run and optimize paid ad campaigns like Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc. to increase visibility and leads.
• Engage with the online community, respond to comments/messages, and foster brand loyalty.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to maintain consistent branding.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media tools.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
• 1-2 years of proven experience in managing social media accounts for brands or IT companies.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics).
• Experience with paid advertising and lead generation campaigns.
• Strong copywriting, storytelling, and creative content creation skills.
• Knowledge of basic graphic design (Canva/Photoshop) and video editing tools (preferred).
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
