Reply to customer DMs, WhatsApp & comments. Follow up with abandoned carts & leads. Update new jewellery inventory on website (photos, details, stock, Packaging orders). Maintain posting schedule & customer engagement. --- ✅ Requirements: 1–3 years experience in social media / digital marketing / customer support. Good communication in English + Telugu / Tamil / Kannada . Basic knowledge of Canva/InShot/CapCut for reels. Familiar with website platforms (Shopify/WooCommerce) – training can be given.
