Job Title: Social Media, Customer Engagement & Website Executive Company: Ati Kollectionz – Premium Fashion Jewellery 💍 Location: Srirampura, Bangalore (Work from Office) Timings: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month --- 📝 Job Role: Create reels & posts for Instagram/Facebook. Reply to customer DMs, WhatsApp & comments. Follow up with abandoned carts & leads. Update new jewellery inventory on website (photos, details, stock, Packaging orders). Maintain posting schedule & customer engagement. --- ✅ Requirements: 1–3 years experience in social media / digital marketing / customer support. Good communication in English + Telugu / Tamil / Kannada . Basic knowledge of Canva/InShot/CapCut for reels. Familiar with website platforms (Shopify/WooCommerce) – training can be given.
