This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media & Marketing Associate

This role is not limited to posting content. You’ll be responsible for:

• Creating trend-driven content for Instagram
• Managing WorkSpaceCo.’s social presence and storytelling
• Actively participating in in-house events and capturing the buzz
• Engaging with the community and amplifying their stories

Your work will directly shape how WorkSpaceCo. is experienced, online and offline.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Instagram trends, reels, and content creation
• Experience in social media marketing and account management
• Ability to confidently engage with people and communities
• Proactive mindset with creativity and initiative
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• 0–2 years of relevant experience (freshers with strong portfolios welcome)
• Familiarity with coworking spaces or community-driven brands is a plus
