Role Overview : We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media & Marketing Associate who can take our digital presence to the next level.
Key Responsibilities
• Social Media Strategy & Management
o Build and execute a social media calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter (X), and other relevant platforms.
o Monitor trends, memes, and corporate culture conversations to keep content relevant and engaging.
o Track analytics, engagement, and reach to optimize performance.
• Content Creation & Design
o Conceptualize and design social-first posts, carousels, reels, and infographics (basic design skills required).
o Collaborate with internal teams to convert workplace insights into shareable formats.
• Campaign Execution
o Support in running campaigns (seasonal, topical, employer-led initiatives).
o Ensure brand tone is consistent: professional, witty, and relatable.
• Community Engagement
o Engage with followers, respond to queries, and nurture AmbitionBoxs online community.
o Build relationships with creators, professionals, and partners for amplification.
Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management, content strategy, and marketing.
• Hands-on experience with design tools (Canva/Adobe Suite or similar).
• Strong understanding of corporate culture, career conversations, and Gen Z/Millennial audiences.
• Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and draw actionable insights.
• Knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, etc.) and how they can be applied to content creation, design, and workflow automation.
