About The Opportunity

A growing player in the digital marketing and talent solutions sector, focused on brand storytelling, audience growth, and measurable campaign performance across social channels. We build data-informed social strategies and creative content that drive engagement, lead generation, and brand loyalty for B2B and B2C clients.

Role & Responsibilities

• Create, edit and schedule platform-appropriate social content (copy, images, short-form video) aligned to a content calendar and brand guidelines.
• Manage day-to-day social channels on-site: publish posts, monitor comments/messages, and engage with audiences to grow community and sentiment.
• Track and report core metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth) weekly, and surface insights to optimise posts and formats.
• Support paid-social campaigns by preparing creative assets, assisting with Meta Ads Manager setup, and monitoring basic campaign performance.
• Research trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to inform content ideas and short-form video concepts (Instagram Reels, TikTok).
• Collaborate with design and content teams to maintain visual consistency and timely delivery of assets for campaigns.
  

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager
• Hands-on experience with Canva or similar design tools
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics or equivalent analytics tools
• Understanding of short-form video formats (Instagram Reels, TikTok)
• Ability to manage content calendars and scheduling tools
• Community management and social engagement best practices
  

Preferred

• Internship or project experience in social media marketing
• Familiarity with basic paid-social concepts and KPI tracking
• Portfolio of social posts or short-form videos
