Job Title: Organic Social Media Marketer

Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and strategic Organic Social Media Marketer to grow our brand presence across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X (Twitter). You will be responsible for planning, creating, and scheduling content, engaging with the community, and optimizing performance without paid promotions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute organic social media strategies
• Create and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, etc.)
• Monitor trends, hashtags, and platform updates
• Respond to comments and DMs to build community
• Analyze performance and provide regular insights and improvements

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in organic social media marketing
• Strong understanding of platform algorithms and engagement tactics
• Excellent writing and content creation skills
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Buffer, or Later

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
