Social Media Marketer

Rathna Memorial Hospital is seeking a creative and organized Social Media Marketer to help us share important health information, promote hospital services, and engage with our community online. You will be responsible for creating and managing content across platforms, capturing and editing photos and videos, and helping maintain our online presence in a professional and compassionate way.

• Plan, create, and schedule social media content (posts, images, videos)
• Capture photo and video content within the hospital (events, patient stories – with permission)
• Edit videos and graphics using tools like CapCut, Photoshop, or Canva
• Write clear, informative, and engaging captions
• Monitor social media trends and suggest new ideas to improve engagement
• Track performance and adjust content to improve reach and engagement
• Stay up to date with healthcare-related social media trends

Requirements:

• Experience in social media marketing
• Skilled in video editing and photo editing (e.g., CapCut, Photoshop)
• Knowledge of platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Strong communication
• Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality and professionalism in a healthcare environment
