You will lead the journey into podcasting by managing the end-to-end process of podcast production, from coordinating with guests to scheduling shoots. The ideal candidate is a versatile individual with a strong background in digital marketing, branding, strategy, and execution, across various fields. Your role will be pivotal in shaping Marketing and Branding initiatives. Responsibilities: - Oversee the entire podcast production process, including coordinating with guests, scheduling shoots, and managing post-production activities. - Utilize your digital marketing expertise to promote the podcast and enhance its visibility across multiple platforms. - Provide regular updates and reports on performance metrics and assigned tasks. Requirements: - Hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media Studies, or a related field. - Possess experience in podcast production and management, with a solid grasp of digital media. - Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with guests. - Showcase proven expertise in digital marketing strategies and tactics. - Thrive in a dynamic startup environment, capable of efficiently managing multiple tasks. - Knowledge of podcasting platforms and tools is advantageous.
