Join Unending Media as a Social Media Manager and lead our dynamic office team to new heights! We are looking for someone who can manage, motivate, and coordinate a team of video editors, graphic designers, digital marketers, and content creators, while also handling office administration and client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Lead and coordinate with in-house Video Editors, Graphic Designers, Digital Marketers, and Content Creators to ensure seamless project execution.
• Project Oversight: Ensure timely delivery and high quality of all digital media projects.
• Client Handling: Communicate with clients, understand their requirements, and deliver excellent service to exceed their expectations.
• Sales Coordination: Work closely with the sales team, set and achieve targets, and regularly monitor their performance.
• Social Media Strategy: Create, plan, and implement creative campaigns and branding strategies for various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
• Office Administration: Oversee office operations, ensure discipline, manage time efficiently, and maintain a positive work environment.
• Reporting: Regularly report on campaign performance, team progress, and office activities to higher management.
