About the Role:

Social Media Executive

Responsibilities:

Content Planning & Creation

  • Build a monthly content calendar for both locations.
  • Post

    10 feed posts/week per location

    (offers, workouts, events, member stories).
  • Create

    10 reels/week

    showcasing gym culture, transformations, and promotions.
  • Share

    daily stories

    on Instagram and Facebook with real-time updates.

Community Management

  • Respond to comments, messages, and tags within

    24 hours

    .
  • Repost member content, highlight milestones, and encourage engagement.
  • Maintain a strong local voice and

    46% average engagement rate

    .

Growth & Lead Support

  • Drive

    15–25 organic leads/month per location

    .
  • Grow followers

    by 30% monthly

    through content, collaborations, and strategy.
  • Work with local influencers and members to expand reach and credibility.

Paid Ads Support

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create

    ad creatives and videos

    for Meta ads.
  • Ensure all visuals, messages, and CTAs align with brand goals and campaign objectives.

Performance Tracking

  • Monitor analytics and report on follower growth, engagement, reach, and leads.
  • Submit a

    weekly performance report

    every Monday with insights and action steps.

Team Collaboration

  • Coordinate with trainers, gym managers, and front desk to feature classes, offers, and events.
  • Turn real gym activity into high-performing content and campaigns.

Retention-Focused Content

  • Use attendance insights to create content that re-engages inactive members (e.g., “We Miss You” stories).
  • Highlight long-term members and transformations to support community retention goals.

Key Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience

    managing social media for fitness or wellness brands (high-ticket experience is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of the

    customer journey

    ,

    sales funnels

    , and how to create content that supports

    paid platforms like Meta

    .
  • Highly

    data-driven

    with proven ability to analyze and optimize performance.
  • Clear understanding of

    branding, visual storytelling

    , and aesthetic execution.
  • Proficiency with tools like

    Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, Meta Ads Manager, Creator Studio, Captions.ai, and ElevenLabs.ai
