You’ll also spearhead the creation and execution of content calendars, campaigns, and Google Ads strategies that help us tell our brand story in compelling and innovative ways.

This is a full-time, work-from-office role based in Gurgaon.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute the content strategy for

  • Define and maintain the brand’s tone, voice, and visual identity
  • Conceptualize campaigns, reels, static posts, stories, influencer collaborations, and event coverage
  • Coordinate with design, production, and editorial teams for content delivery

Channel Management

  • Own all publishing and community management across

    Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube

  • Maintain monthly

    social media calendars

    with scheduled posts and campaigns
  • Actively manage DMs, comments, and audience interactions
  • Identify platform-specific content trends and apply them to our strategy

Audience Growth & Engagement

  • Implement plans to

    grow followers

    , increase reach, and improve engagement rates
  • Activate audience through live sessions, contests, polls, and topical content
  • Work with internal stakeholders to spotlight campaigns, events, and milestones
  • Leverage UGC and community voices

Paid Media & Ads

  • Plan and execute

    Google Ads

    and YouTube ads as needed for campaigns or promotions
  • Collaborate with performance marketing (or handle directly) for boosted posts
  • Track campaign metrics, A/B test creatives, and optimize ad spend

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze weekly and monthly performance across platforms
  • Prepare dashboards and share learnings with internal teams
  • Continuously refine strategy based on data and platform changes

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience managing social media accounts (brand, agency, or startup)
  • Proven track record of channel growth and engagement
  • Expertise in Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube algorithms and features
  • Experience with

    Google Ads

    and Meta Ads Manager
  • Excellent communication and creative thinking skills
  • Basic video editing or Canva skills a plus
  • Data-driven mindset with working knowledge of analytics tools
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple channels at once
