About The Role

creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager

Instagram and TikTok accounts

Key Responsibilities

• Research TikTok and Instagram trends; create 3-5 video concepts daily
• Manage and schedule Instagram content for assigned models
• Communicate with models to guide content creation and posting
• Write concise, actionable content briefs based on trends
• Give live feedback to improve content quality and presentation
• Respond promptly to DMs and comments to boost engagement
• Maintain visual consistency across profiles (Bio, Feed, Highlights, Stories)
• Conduct quality checks and ensure all links and content are accurate
• Update Notion databases with account info and creative materials
• Track performance metrics and recommend improvements
• Represent each model’s brand authentically across all platforms
  

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience managing and growing social media accounts
• Native-level English fluency (C2 written and spoken)
• Skilled with Google Workspace, Notion, Telegram, WhatsApp, and ChatGPT
• Strong grasp of U.S. social media trends and audience behavior
• Highly organized, focused, and detail-driven
• Strong copywriting, storytelling, and analytical skills
• Able to handle urgent issues quickly and professionally
