About Us

Thakral Hospital & Fertility Centre is a 30-bedded multi-specialty hospital in Gurgaon, specializing in IVF, maternity, laparoscopic surgery, and women’s healthcare. We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Content Creator/Manager to join our in-house marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Editing

• Shoot and edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form videos featuring doctors, patient stories, and hospital events.
• Design posts, stories, and creatives using Canva or similar tools.
• Develop engaging captions, hashtags, and SEO-friendly descriptions.
• Social Media Management
• Manage hospital’s social media handles (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).
• Schedule and post content as per the content calendar.
• Track performance (reach, views, engagement) and share weekly reports.
• Coordination & Collaboration
• Work closely with management and agency partners to implement campaigns.
• Share raw footage/photos and follow up on ad creatives.
• Suggest creative content ideas based on trends in healthcare marketing.
• Google My Business (Local SEO)
• Regularly update GMB with posts, photos, and offers.
• Monitor insights and reply to reviews with approved templates.
• Improve local ranking

Requirements

• Strong skills in video shooting & editing
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).
• knowledge of Google My Business.
• Creative eye for storytelling and trend-based content.
• Good communication skills in English/Hindi.
• Comfortable working in a hospital environment (patient/doctor interactions).

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Social media marketing: 2 years (Preferred)
