Who This Role Is For

This role is for someone who:

• Thinks in reels and content hooks
• Enjoys working with influencers and UGC creators
• Uses AI tools to move faster and smarter
• Cares about aesthetics and performance

You’ll work closely with the founder and growth team, and you’ll have real ownership over how the brand shows up online.

What You’ll Be Doing

🎥 Content & AI

• Create content using AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney/DALL·E, CapCut AI, Runway, etc.)
• Write captions, hooks, scripts, product stories, and ad copy
• Experiment with new formats, trends, and AI workflows

✨ UGC & Social

• Plan and execute UGC-style reels and short videos
• Build content ideas for launches, bestsellers, and sales
• Work with creators to ensure content feels authentic and on-brand

🤝 Influencers & Creators

• Identify and collaborate with fashion creators (barter + paid)
• Manage influencer campaigns end-to-end (briefing to posting)
• Repurpose creator content for organic and paid marketing

📊 Growth & Learning

• Track performance (engagement, saves, conversions)
• Collaborate with performance marketing on creative strategy
• Learn from data and improve content continuously

What We’re Looking For

• 3–4 years experience in content, social, or digital marketing
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered content tools
• Experience with UGC and influencer marketing
• Strong taste, storytelling ability, and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
