Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Create engaging content calendars, write compelling captions, and ensure brand consistency across platforms.
• Design high-quality graphics and creatives using

  Canva (or equivalent tools)

  .
• Edit and produce engaging short-form videos/reels using tools like

  InShot, CapCut, or similar editing apps

  .
• Collaborate with designers, ad specialists, and clients to develop campaigns that deliver results.
• Stay updated on the latest platform updates, trends, and algorithms to maximize reach and engagement.
• Monitor analytics, track KPIs, and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
• Manage influencer collaborations, community engagement, and customer queries on social platforms.
• Experiment with new formats, ideas, and campaigns to keep content fresh and impactful.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a

  Social Media Manager

  or in a similar role at a digital marketing agency or brand.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Proficiency in

  Canva

  for design and comfort with video editing apps like

  InShot, CapCut, VN.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to craft engaging content that resonates with audiences.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple clients/accounts.
• Analytical mindset to measure success and optimize strategies.
