Edit and produce engaging short-form videos/reels using tools like InShot, CapCut, or similar editing apps . Collaborate with designers, ad specialists, and clients to develop campaigns that deliver results. Stay updated on the latest platform updates, trends, and algorithms to maximize reach and engagement. Monitor analytics, track KPIs, and prepare performance reports with actionable insights. Manage influencer collaborations, community engagement, and customer queries on social platforms. Experiment with new formats, ideas, and campaigns to keep content fresh and impactful. Requirements Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role at a digital marketing agency or brand. Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. Proficiency in Canva for design and comfort with video editing apps like InShot, CapCut, VN. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinker with the ability to craft engaging content that resonates with audiences. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple clients/accounts.
