Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Manager based in Mumbai with flexibility for remote work. The Social Media Manager will oversee social media strategy and execution, manage content calendars, optimize social media platforms (SMO), and engage with the online audience to enhance brand presence. Day-to-day tasks will include planning and scheduling posts, monitoring social media analytics, creating innovative campaigns aligned with PeepingMoon's entertainment niche, and collaborating with content creators to ensure aligned messaging.

Qualifications

• Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
• Proficiency in developing Content Strategy and creating compelling content
• Excellent Communication and Writing skills to connect with the audience effectively
• Familiarity with analytics tools to track performance and optimize campaigns
• A creative approach in engaging audiences and innovating social media campaigns
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the entertainment or digital media industry will be an added advantage
