Key Responsibilities

• Research daily TikTok and Instagram trends to generate

  3–5 high-performing video concepts per day

• Manage and schedule Instagram content for assigned models.
• Communicate regularly with models to guide content creation and posting.
• Write concise, actionable content briefs based on trend research.
• Provide

  live feedback

  to models on content (lighting, framing, posture, and presentation).
• Respond to DMs and comments promptly and authentically to foster engagement.
• Maintain consistent and visually appealing Instagram profiles (Bio, Feed, Highlights, Stories).
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all links and content are accurate and up to date.
• Maintain and update

  Notion databases

  (account data, guides, content briefs, brand materials).
• Track key performance metrics, analyze conversion data, and recommend A/B testing strategies.
• Represent each model’s unique personality and brand authentically across all platforms.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years

  of experience managing and growing social media accounts.

• Native-level English fluency (C2 proficiency)

• Strong understanding of

  and audience behavior.
