About the Role:

This role focuses on creating robust, scalable solutions using modern development practices. The ideal candidate will be a technical expert who prioritizes sustainable architecture and disciplined development. They will work extensively with React, TypeScript, and the Power Platform to build enterprise-grade applications.

The successful candidate demonstrates disciplined thought by consistently choosing scalable, maintainable solutions (leveraging Dataverse/PCF) over convenient quick fixes.

Core Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain custom PCF controls using React and TypeScript.
• Build and extend functionality within Model-driven Power Apps and the Dataverse.
• Develop C#/.NET plugins and custom connectors to integrate with external systems.
• Implement and consume REST/OData APIs for seamless data exchange.
• Manage application lifecycle using Power Platform ALM tools, including solution packaging and deployment pipelines.

Required Skills & Experience (Must-Have):

• Proven, strong experience in React and TypeScript development.
• Hands-on development experience with the Power Apps Component Framework (PCF).
• A solid understanding of Model-driven Power Apps and Dataverse.
• Practical experience with C#/.NET for plugin development.
• Familiarity with building custom connectors and working with REST/OData APIs.
• Experience with Power Platform ALM, including solution management and deployment pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have):

• Experience with Power BI or Power Automate.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps for source control and CI/CD.

Please Note: This Role Is Not A Fit For:

• Candidates whose experience is primarily or exclusively in SharePoint development.
• Developers who have only worked with Canvas Apps and lack Model-driven App or PCF experience.
