Job Description

Senior Software QA Engineer

What Youll Be Doing

Build and design a robust automation system.
Monitor every stage of the software development lifecycle to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Develop test strategies and predict testing requirements.
Participate in client/partner meetings and provide updates to project leadership teams.
Collaborate with infrastructure and implementation teams to improve automation frameworks.
Define hardware and software requirements for test setups.
Review QA artifacts and reports prepared by QA Engineers.
Proactively identify and manage risks in the development cycle.
Support a culture of continuous learning and contribute to team growth.

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience
in Software Quality Assurance.
Strong proficiency in
English
(technical communication & documentation).
Solid knowledge of modern automated testing tools, frameworks, and processes.
Familiarity with software testing methods such as
ISEB / ISTQB / TMAP
.
Hands-on experience with
Selenium
(Appium, Locust, Jenkins a plus).
Strong background in
Python or Java
.
Experience with Agile testing methodologies.
Problem-solving mindset with curiosity and attention to detail.
Proactive, self-directed, and driven to improve productivity through automation.
