Are you someone who lives and breathes social media trends, has a creative eye for content, and knows how to build online communities? We're looking for a Social Media Manager to join our team and take charge of our brand's digital voice with empathy and creativity.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute content strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Manage day-to-day posting, engagement, and performance tracking
• Collaborate with content writers, designers, and mental health professionals to create impactful campaigns
• Stay up-to-date with trends and adapt them meaningfully to our brand tone
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and informative digital presence that aligns with our mission

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience managing social media accounts
• A strong portfolio showcasing previous work
• Excellent communication and creative thinking skills
• Sensitivity and understanding of mental health narratives and ethical storytelling
• Based in Kozhikode or willing to relocate (this is a work-from-office role)
