About the role:

Were looking for a creative and Strategic Social Media Manager to lead the digital presence of a portfolio of our Companies under our group. Each company has its own identity, target audience, website, Go-To-Market (GTM) plan, and growth trajectory, yet shares common group values.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning, creating, and executing our social media strategy increasing the reach, amplify our voice, turning audiences into loyal communities.

PLAN (With Brand Manager):

1. Understand

   brand architecture,

   guidelines, tone, and positioning.
2. Ensure cohesive

   storytelling

   across all touchpoints
3. Tailor each

   brands narrative

   for its unique audience and platform
4. Plan

   organic campaigns

   to build loyal Communities

CREATE:

1. Craft

   platform-appropriate

   Content Strategy
2. Create

   Marketing Calendar

   aligned with each brand’s GTM Plan & Growth Strategy
3. Identify

   cross-brand storytelling

   opportunities
4. Design content, ad creatives, ad campaigns, etc.

EXECUTE:

1. Manage the entire

   execution

   of Publishing Content
2. Execute both

   organic

   &

   paid ad campaigns

3. Monitor and report

   KPIs per brand

4. Analyze

   trends

   and

   competitor activity

   to design future strategy.
5. Present

   monthly dashboards

   and strategic recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Brand Management.
2. Can Build

   organic + paid synergy

   (should’ve organically grown the social media presence of a brand from 0-1 and beyond)
3. Tracks

   end-to-end ROI

   , not vanity metrics.
4. Continuously runs

   A/B tests.

5. Runs

   narrow targeting, retargeting, lookalike audiences

   , rather than boosting everything.
6. Has run frugal, optimized paid campaigns:

   ROAS improving month-over-month.

7. Should be able to use AI tools and quickly come out with collateral and content.
8. Bonus: Experience in creator-economy/ service-economy domains.
