Job Description

Social Media Management

  • Handling corporate pages on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.
  • Creating and scheduling posts using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite
  • Audience engagement and community management

Content Creation & Copywriting

  • Writing engaging captions and job post descriptions
  • Creating compelling visual content (Canva, Adobe tools)
  • Repurposing content for different platforms (e.g., text-to-video or story-to-reel)

Recruitment Marketing

  • Understanding staffing and permanent hiring workflows
  • Creating social content for open roles and employer branding
  • Collaborating with HR/recruitment teams to market positions effectively

Coordination & Communication

  • Interacting with internal teams (HR, Branch Heads, Recruiters) to collect updates
  • Managing approvals, content inputs, and video ideas from stakeholders

Video Content Planning

  • Storyboarding and ideation for promotional or informative videos
  • Planning interviews/testimonials, behind-the-scenes, or day-in-life content
  • Coordinating with videographers or agencies if required

Branding & Visual Consistency

  • Maintaining brand voice, tone, and aesthetics across channels
  • Ensuring consistency in fonts, colors, hashtags, and themes

Analytics & Optimization

  • Understanding of engagement metrics (likes, clicks, shares, CTR, reach)
  • Using LinkedIn and Meta insights to optimize performance

Tools & Technical Know-How

  • Canva / Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
  • Social Media Scheduling Tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Zoho Social)
  • LinkedIn Ads Manager / Meta Ads Manager
  • Google Sheets, Forms, and Email Tools

Creative Thinking & Initiative

  • Ability to propose fresh content ideas aligned with business priorities
  • Self-driven, with a strong eye for trends and storytelling

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in social media management (preferably in staffing, HR, or B2B domains)
  • Proficient in tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, Buffer/Hootsuite, Meta/LinkedIn Ads Manager
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills
  • Strong coordination, multitasking, and storytelling abilities
  • Experience in planning or managing video shoots is a plus
