Social Media Manager

Role Overview: You will be a part-time Social Media Manager at Kalypso Media Masti, a Mumbai-based studio/agency. Your role will involve creating and executing content strategies for various social media platforms like Youtube, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. You will optimize posts for better engagement (SMO) and troubleshoot as needed. It is essential to manage all social media accounts, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate with the team to align strategies with marketing goals. Your contribution will be crucial in achieving viewership and subscribers/followers targets through meticulous strategy development. Key Responsibilities: - Create and implement content strategies for social media platforms - Optimize posts for better engagement (SMO) - Manage all social media accounts - Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly - Collaborate with the team to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals - Develop step-by-step strategies to enhance viewership and subscribers/followers - Attend the office in Mumbai, Borivali East 2-3 times a week for 2-3 hours Qualification Required: - Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) - Experience in managing Youtube channels, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter accounts, including troubleshooting - Strong communication and writing skills - Experience in Content Strategy development - Ability to analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities - Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred,
