Social Media Manager (Influencers)

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing brand marketing initiatives, with a particular focus on influencer and social media marketing. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and engaging with social media creators, planning and executing influencer campaigns, monitoring key performance indicators, conducting market research, and maintaining professional relationships with influencers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and achieve brand growth. You will be expected to log and discover social media creators, reach out to suitable creators and promoters, and sign contracts with them. Additionally, you will be responsible for planning monthly campaigns, communication, and budget for influencer marketing for the brand, as well as getting campaigns executed from the influencers. Creating reports to track brand growth and highlighting areas for improvement will be crucial. Market research to identify market gaps and gain a better understanding of consumers will also be part of your responsibilities. You will need to maintain healthy and professional relationships with influencers and coordinate with cross-functional teams for implementation and operations. Required Skills: - Relevant Experience in influencer discovery and onboarding processes. - Effective communication skills. - Proficient negotiation skills to ensure favorable terms with influencers. - Ability to manage PR and influencer relationships effectively. - Proficiency in using Excel/Google Sheets and Google Docs for data analysis and reporting. - Experience in campaign planning and budget management (soft skill). - Familiarity with social media marketing metrics (good to have). - Basic visual design and copywriting skills are advantageous.
