About the Role:

We’re seeking a Social Media Manager who is equal parts strategist and storyteller —

someone who understands how to turn brand goals into scroll-stopping, share-worthy

content. This role will collaborate closely with the Influencer Marketing team to create

compelling social media campaigns that build awareness, engagement, and community for

our skincare brand. The ideal candidate should have a strong aesthetic sense, and a sharp

understanding of what performs well on platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and emerging

channels.

Ghar Soaps is a skin care brand based in Pune, dedicated to simplifying skin care routines

for effective results. Our brand's mission is to make skin care simple and accessible to all

individuals. With a focus on natural ingredients and straightforward products, Ghar Soaps

aims to enhance the skin care experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand objectives and

seasonal campaigns.

● Collaborate with the Influencer Marketing team to plan, brief, and curate

influencer-led content that aligns with brand storytelling.

● Manage day-to-day content calendars across platforms — Instagram, YouTube,

Facebook, and others.

● Conceptualize and oversee eye-catching, trend-driven content including reels,

product videos, UGC, and community engagement posts.

● Analyze engagement metrics to optimize content performance and identify growth

opportunities.

● Stay ahead of social and beauty trends, platform updates, and viral formats to keep

the brand fresh and relevant.● Work closely with performance and brand marketing teams to integrate organic and

paid strategies.

Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

● 4–6 years of experience managing social media for consumer, D2C, or

beauty/lifestyle brands.

● Strong creative and visual sensibility — must have an eye for aesthetic, trend-driven

content.

● Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, Meta Business

Suite).

● Experience working with influencers and creators for content ideation and

collaboration.

  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with an understanding of brand tone
