The ideal candidate should be passionate about social media and skilled in building a strong brand presence online. Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) Increase follower count and overall page visibility Drive engagement through interactive and relevant content Lead generation via targeted digital strategies Content creation: posts, reels, stories, and more Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly Stay updated on the latest trends in social media and digital marketing Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management Strong communication and creative content skills Knowledge of tools like Canva, CapCut, etc. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience) Work Schedule: 6 days a week Location: On Site (Zirakpur,Punjab) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
