Title :- Social Media Manager Location :- Bund Garden, Pune, Maharashtra. Experience :- 2 - 4 Years in Social Media Management Job Description :- 2–3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Executive or Strategist, preferably in EdTech, consultancy, or training. Plan, develop, and execute monthly content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube Create and oversee engaging and educational content (reels, posts, stories, etc.) tailored for students, parents, and education stakeholders Coordinate with our design and counselling teams to promote upcoming seminars, fairs, and events Run and optimize targeted ad campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn) for lead generation and brand awareness Monitor social media trends, competitors, and student behaviour to guide content strategy Engage actively with followers – reply to queries, comments, and direct messages Track campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and prepare detailed monthly reports with insights and recommendations Work closely with the digital marketing team to align social strategy with SEO, Google Ads, and email campaigns Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Quarterly bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
