Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Raipur for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing social media accounts, developing and implementing social media strategies, creating and curating content, and monitoring social media trends. Other responsibilities include engaging with the audience, analyzing social media metrics, and coordinating with other departments to ensure brand consistency.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in developing Content Strategy and Writing
• Ability to analyze social media metrics and generate reports
• Creative and analytical mindset
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Experience with various social media platforms and digital marketing tools
