About Us:

Cypher Media Solutions is a fast-growing digital marketing agency based in Patna, helping brands scale through performance-driven strategies. We're looking for a passionate, creative, and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to join our growing team.

What You'll Do:

• Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) for our clients and in-house brands
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, captions) aligned with brand voice
• Collaborate with graphic designers and video editors to ensure high-quality visual content
• Monitor trends, analyse performance, and optimise strategies accordingly
• Respond to comments, DMs, and maintain healthy community engagement
• Run and manage basic paid promotions (training will be provided if you're new to this)

What We're Looking For:

• Passion for social media, branding, and digital marketing
• Strong writing and communication skills in English and Hindi
• Basic understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
• Creative mindset and ability to brainstorm content ideas
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Freshers are welcome! (We’ll train you – your attitude matters more than your resume)
