Social Media Manager & Content Creator

As a Social Media Manager for Mens Personal Care (D2C) in Mumbai/Hybrid, your role involves leading the social presence of the brand in the mens personal care space. You will be responsible for strategizing, creating, and posting engaging content to drive brand growth and build a loyal online community. - Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy for mens personal care products, focusing on Instagram and Facebook - Ideate, create, edit, and publish original content, especially video, for all social channels to ensure high engagement and brand consistency - Collaborate with influencers and users to generate authentic and impactful content, managing influencer partnerships from ideation to execution - Analyze engagement data, identify trends, and optimize content strategy to grow the brand page - Stay updated on the latest social media trends - Respond to comments, DMs, and community posts to maintain a strong, positive brand voice Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year experience managing social media for D2C brands in the personal care space - Deep understanding of content that resonates with men consumers and knowledge of the latest trends in mens grooming - Excellent knowledge of active ingredients in personal care products - Advanced proficiency with Instagram, Facebook, and Meta Ads Manager - Strong analytical skills for tracking engagement, optimizing strategies, and reporting results - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - Creative, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working with influencer marketing platforms and user-generated content - Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g. Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social) - Prior work experience in a high-growth D2C startup environment Ready to make an impact in mens personal care Apply today with your resume, portfolio, and examples of successful campaigns!,
