We are looking for an experienced Digital/Social Media Manager based in New Delhi. The ideal growth partner should be able to create a robust Social Media Content Strategy for our clients belonging to varied industries and lead the execution through inhouse team as well as external partner. Solid experience in leading, creating and managing social media campaigns is a prerequisite. Should be a self-motivated quick learner with creativity, an entrepreneurial mind and problem-solving capabilities. As a Digital/Social Media Lead at Consocia, we expect the candidate to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and manage robust Social Media Strategies for clients belonging to varied industries Implementing social media strategy to align clients’ business goals Campaign planning, content and creative strategies Research and create content as per target audiences Be able to support clients in the areas of Influencer Marketing, Digital Advertising and Integrated Marketing Communication plans Please also add managing social media handles for Consocia Advisory - as a client, together with full-fledged monthly / quarterly and annual planning Setting specific objectives and reporting on ROI, Establishing KPIs and relevant measurement matrices Interface with all Digital clients Manage different outsourced services/partners/ vendors QUALIFICATIONS & CREDENTIALS PG or Graduation with specialization in Communications, Journalism or Digital Marketing Overall minimum 8 Year Experience, of which 5 years in Digital Marketing Well versed with the Social Media Landscape Excellent writing and communication skills Digital Agency /entrepreneur backgrounds are preferred
