Social Media Manager

• Content Strategy & Creation:

  Develop and execute content strategies for all social media channels, ensuring alignment with marketing goals.

• Social Media Growth:

  Drive follower and engagement growth across platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Snapchat.

• Campaign Management:

  Plan and execute paid social media campaigns for movie promotions, cinema launches, and special offers.

• Community Management:

  Engage with the online community, respond to messages, comments, and queries to build brand loyalty.

• Performance Analytics:

  Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize social media strategy and report on the effectiveness of campaigns.

• Competition Analysis:

  Monitor competitors' social media activities to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices.

• Social Media Posting:

  Ensure regular posts are shared according to the marketing plan, and disseminate them across staff and relevant groups (e.g., WhatsApp Broadcast Groups).

• Influencer Marketing:

  Manage influencer marketing activities, coordinate with agencies/influencers, and track reach and engagement metrics.

• Crisis Management:

  Handle any negative publicity or crises on social platforms to protect the brand's reputation.

• Performance Marketing Campaigns:

  Focus on lead generation and nurturing, leveraging social platforms for business growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience (3-4 years) in managing social media platforms and campaigns.
• Strong understanding of content creation, strategy, and social media analytics.
• Experience in influencer marketing and handling social media crises.
• Excellent communication and community management skills.
