Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Developing and executing content calendars.
Developing social media campaigns and defining their KPIs across handles like Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Linked amongst others
Responsible for Idea creation & Content Development including GIFs and creating the Brand equity.
Engaging with followers and customers and support in Lead generation.
Act as a Lead & expert for social Media Handles for Franchise Partner
Lead Performance Marketing and provide insights on customer engagement across platforms including trends on customer interactions.
Strategizing the overall Brand Equity and creating organic growth.
Building brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers
Setting the Marketing strategy for all new product launches
Coordinating PR & Communications vendors and partners

Skill & Competencies:

Any Graduate with preferred certification in Marketing / Management
Decent Interpersonal Skills
Command on English & Hindi language
Creative & Innovative bent of mind
Team Handling Experience preferred
Learning Mindset & ability to multitask in a startup environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

Performance bonus
