Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Social Media Manager with 3 to 7 years of experience to create and implement marketing and social media campaigns that drive engagement. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in using various social media platforms to run advertisements and ensure brand consistency through social media communications.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to achieve business objectives.
Create engaging content, including text, images, and videos, to capture the audience's attention.
Manage and maintain the company's social media presence across multiple platforms.
Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure campaign success and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Excellent content creation skills, including writing, graphic design, and video production.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on metrics.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with social media management tools and software.
Bachelor's degree in any field.
