Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager/Executive who can handle end-to-end social media activities – from planning and execution to performance reporting. The role requires strong knowledge of current social media trends, reel creation, campaign planning, and handling paid ads.

Key Responsibilities

Manage company/client social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns aligned with marketing goals.
Stay updated with new trends and apply them creatively for engagement.
Coordinate with the creative team for reels, posts, and stories.
Handle Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) – planning, running, and optimizing campaigns.
Ensure timely delivery of campaigns and meet deadlines.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports on performance, reach, engagement, and ROI.
Suggest growth strategies to improve follower base and conversions.

Requirements

Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
1–3 years of hands-on experience in social media management.
Strong knowledge of Instagram Reels, trending content formats, and influencer engagement.
Experience with Meta Ads Manager is a plus.
Ability to plan campaigns, meet deadlines, and multitask.
Good communication & reporting skills.
Creative mindset with analytical thinking.
