Job Description

What You’ll Do:

Assist in planning and executing social media strategies across Instagram, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn.
Create and schedule engaging posts, captions, and stories.
Research trending content formats, hashtags, and topics.
Work closely with the content and podcast teams to repurpose clips into scroll-stopping moments.
Engage with the community — comments, DMs, and audience insights.
Track analytics and performance to help grow our digital presence.

What We’re Looking For:

Passion for storytelling, culture, and current affairs.
Strong understanding of social media trends and formats.
Basic editing skills (Reels, Shorts, Canva, CapCut, etc.).
Creative mindset with good communication skills.
Proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
