Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and post engaging content (Reels, Stories, Posts) on Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Research and implement trending audio, hashtags, and content ideas
• Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and collaborations
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build an active online community
• Track social media performance and share insights with the team
• Support event coverage and create real-time content during activities at 24 Work Club

Requirements:

• Passion for social media, content creation, and trends
• Basic knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, and short-form video platforms
• Strong communication and creativity skills
• Ability to work from our Gurugram workspace
• Students pursuing Marketing, Mass Communication, or similar fields preferred (not mandatory)Role & responsibilities
