We're on the lookout for a Social Media Intern who’s equal parts creative and organized — someone who can edit engaging videos and help manage our social media accounts across Instagram, X(Twitter), Facebook, and YouTube.

What You'll Be Doing:

Video Editing

• Edit video contents.
• Repurpose raw footage into engaging clips with captions, transitions, and music.
• Assist in basic animation or motion graphics (if skilled).

Social Media Management

• Help manage day-to-day posting on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube
• Write captions, schedule posts, and ensure brand consistency.
• Monitor performance and engagement on each platform.
• Track content performance across all platforms.
• Use analytical learnings to tweak future content planning and execution content support
• Assist in planning content calendars and brainstorming ideas.
• Stay on top of trends and suggest new formats or styles.
• Work with the creative team to maintain a consistent visual identity.

Must-Have Skills

• Proficiency in video editing tools: CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience in AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Sora, RunwayML, etc).
• Ability to write clear, engaging captions and content briefs.
• Good eye for pacing, audio syncing, and visual storytelling.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Public Policy, Media, Political Science, or related fields.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools.
