Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media campaigns for fantasy gaming & esports.
Manage daily posts across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Discord, and Reddit.
Identify, connect, and manage influencers in gaming/esports.
Track campaign performance and optimize for growth.
Work with design/marketing teams to create engaging content.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in social media and influencer marketing.
Proven track record of running successful campaigns.
Strong understanding of gaming/esports community trends.
Excellent communication and networking skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Experience in paid ads (Meta, X, Reddit, Google).
Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Social Blade).
Creative mindset for memes, reels, and gaming content.
