Job Title: Social Media Influencer

Experience: 2 – 5 Years (Freshers with strong online presence can also apply)
Location: Remote / Hybrid (Flexible)

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote the institution’s training programs, placement drives, and services across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social platforms.
• Create engaging content (reels, posts, stories, blogs, and live sessions) to attract students and professionals.
• Leverage personal social media following to generate leads, inquiries, and conversions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan campaigns, hashtags, and trends.
• Represent the brand in a positive, authentic, and consistent manner.
• Track engagement, lead generation, and provide insights to improve campaign performance.

Requirements:

• Strong presence on multiple social media platforms with a good follower base.
• Proven ability to drive traffic, engagement, and leads through social media.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills.
• Creative mindset with knowledge of current digital trends.
• Prior influencer/brand collaboration experience preferred.

Compensation:

• Fixed stipend/salary (based on reach & engagement).
• Performance-based incentives for every qualified lead or successful enrollment generated.

Pay: ₹11,193.40 - ₹42,990.55 per month
