Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute content calendars across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with graphic designers and video editors to deliver compelling social media content.
• Handle daily client communication, feedback, and coordination with Gorakhpur-based clients.
• Conduct regular in-person check-ins and meetings with clients when required.
• Strategize content themes and campaigns based on monthly goals and performance data.
• Monitor story uploads, post engagements, and report analytics via tools like Google Sheets and Meta Business Suite.
• Keep up with social media trends, algorithm changes, and audience behavior.
• Maintain organized task updates and ensure smooth collaboration with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field (preferred).
• 1-2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a client-facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client handling and coordination.
• Working knowledge of Meta tools, Google Sheets, and design tools like Canva.
• Ability to manage multiple brand accounts while being detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
• Based in or willing to travel to Gorakhpur regularly.

• Fluency in both English and Hindi for professional client communication.
