We're looking for a skilled and driven Social Media Manager who lives and breathes Instagram — someone who can take our online presence to the next level through smart strategy, engaging content, and a deep understanding of social media algorithms.

Job Description:

We are seeking a Social Media Manager with expertise in Instagram to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a content strategy that drives reach, engagement, and follower growth. You should be highly familiar with how Instagram’s algorithm works and know how to get the most out of organic and viral content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage high-quality content for Instagram (Posts, Stories, Reels, Carousels).
• Stay up to date with the latest Instagram trends and algorithm updates.
• Develop strategies to increase reach and visibility organically.
• Handle end-to-end content creation including caption writing, basic design/video editing, and scheduling.
• Optimize posting times and formats based on audience analytics.
• Track and analyze performance through Instagram Insights and other tools.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetics.
• Engage with followers: reply to comments, DMs, and encourage community interaction.
• Collaborate with the internal team for product promotions, campaigns, and special announcements.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in managing social media pages, especially Instagram.
• Proven track record of growing Instagram accounts organically.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram’s algorithm, hashtags, content timing, and engagement strategies.
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, CapCut, InShot, Adobe Suite, or similar.
• Creative eye for design, layout, and brand consistency.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
• Based in or willing to work from Zirakpur, full-time (on-site).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
