Social Media Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Social Media Trainee to support our digital marketing team. The candidate will assist in creating, managing, and publishing social media content for multiple clients across platforms. This role is ideal for someone who understands social media basics, follows current trends, and is eager to learn in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and publish social media posts for clients on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and others.

- Ensure all posts are published correctly with:

Proper captions

Relevant music (for reels/videos)

Correct platforms selection

Stories, tags, mentions, and hashtags

- Schedule and publish posts during normal office hours; flexibility required for early morning or late-night postings as per client needs.

- Follow content calendars and posting instructions shared by the team.

- Stay updated with ongoing social media trends, formats, and platform updates.

- Assist in basic coordination with designers, video editors, and the strategy team.

- Monitor posts after publishing to ensure they go live correctly.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

- Basic understanding of social media platforms and how they work.

- Awareness of current social media trends, reels, music, and formats.

- Familiarity with basic social media tools (Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools, etc.).

- Understanding of political news and current affairs (important for certain clients).

- Good attention to detail and sense of responsibility.

- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.

Candidate Profile:

- Fresher or candidate with 0–1 year experience in social media.

- Passion for social media and digital content.

- Disciplined, reliable, and responsible attitude.

- Comfortable working with deadlines and posting timelines.
