Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop, manage, and execute the company's social media strategy across major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn etc.).
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, graphics) aligned with brand voice and objectives.
Collaborate with the content, design, and marketing teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry updates to keep content fresh and relevant.
Manage community engagement respond to comments, DMs, and queries in a timely, professional manner.
Run and optimize paid ad campaigns in coordination with the digital marketing team.
Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, followers, leads) and prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
Support influencer partnerships, collaborations, and digital campaigns to enhance brand visibility.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
13 years of experience managing social media platforms (agency or brand side).
Strong understanding of platform algorithms, trends, and analytics tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for storytelling.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and design.
Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
