Job Description

Role & responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive social media content strategy aligned with brand objectives and current trends, with a focus on Instagram. Generate innovative content ideas, including graphics, short-form videos (Reels, Stories, Videos), carousels, and engaging customer. Design visually appealing content using tools like Canva, ensuring brand consistency and aesthetic appeal. Edit videos for various platforms, adding captions, transitions, trending audio, and effects to maximize impact. Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting across all relevant platforms. Manage and optimize company profiles on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, & Youtube. Monitor social media channels for trends, mentions, and audience engagement, proactively identifying opportunities. Actively engage with the online community by responding to comments, direct messages, and inquiries in a timely and on-brand manner. Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers and partners to expand reach and credibility. Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, impressions, follower growth, website traffic) using platform analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, Facebook Business Suite). Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. 1-2 years of proven experience in social media management and content creation, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns, particularly on Instagram. Proficiency in graphic design tools, especially Canva . Strong hands-on experience with video editing software (e.g., CapCut, InShot, VN, DaVinci Resolve, or similar mobile/desktop tools) for creating engaging short-form video content. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to craft compelling, on-brand copy. In-depth understanding of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for content optimization and engagement. A passion for all things social media and a continuous desire to learn and experiment.
