Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Strong writing, communication, and creative thinking skills.
  • Awareness of social trends, F&B industry, and platform best practices.
  • Experience in Influencer Marketing.
  • Understanding of performance marketing basics and analytics.
  • Ability to multitask, work under deadlines, and adapt to fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation & Writing

  • Write engaging and platform-specific content for posts, reels, stories, ads, and

campaigns.

  • Craft compelling captions, scripts, and copy that align with the brands voice.

2. Social Media Calendar Management

  • Plan, organise, and manage monthly content calendars.
  • Ensure timely posting and coordination with design/marketing teams.

3. Post Ideation & Campaigns

  • Brainstorm and develop creative content ideas across formats (static, reels,

carousels, shorts, etc.).

  • Execute festive, topical, and trend-led campaigns that resonate with audiences.

4. Trendspotting & Real-Time Marketing

  • Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and viral content for timely brand

engagement.

  • Create quick-turnaround ideas for topical posts.

5. Shoot Coordination & Assistance

  • Assist in planning and execution of photoshoots and video shoots.
  • Collaborate with creative teams, ensuring quality content is produced on time.

6. Influencer Marketing

  • Identify, approach, and manage influencers for collaborations.
  • Track deliverables, campaign performance, and ROI.

7. Community & Engagement

  • Respond to comments, queries, and messages in line with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor sentiment and support in online reputation management.

8. Performance Marketing Support

  • Assist in planning and executing paid ad campaigns.
  • Coordinate with the performance team for creatives, captions, and campaign

objectives.

9. Analytics & Reporting

  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on performance and insights.
  • Benchmark against competitors and suggest data-driven improvements.

10. Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with brand, design, PR, and performance marketing teams.
  • Align social media campaigns with larger brand and business objectives.

11. Event & Live Coverage

  • Support brand presence during product launches, events, and campaigns through

live social coverage.
