Social Media Executive

1. Content Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute social media content strategies aligned with brand goals and target audience.
• Plan monthly content calendars for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
• Research current trends, hashtags, and audience insights to create relevant, high-performing content.

2. Content Creation

• Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit engaging photo, video, and graphic content for social media.
• Create Reels, stories, carousels, memes, and brand campaigns that reflect brand tone and storytelling style.
• Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, voice, and visual identity.

3. Social Media Management

• Handle daily posting, scheduling, and engagement across all social media platforms.
• Respond to audience comments, DMs, and mentions to foster community growth and brand loyalty.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align campaigns and promotions across channels.

4. Trendspotting & Innovation

• Stay updated with new tools, content formats, and trends in the digital and creator ecosystem.
• Experiment with trending audios, challenges, and creative formats to maximize reach and engagement.

5. Analytics & Reporting

• Track and analyze post-performance metrics (reach, engagement, clicks, conversions).
• Generate weekly/monthly reports and insights to optimize content strategies.
• Use analytics tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or Hootsuite to measure ROI.

6. Collaboration & Brand Building

• Coordinate with designers, videographers, and influencers for content production and collaborations.
• Support in influencer campaigns, brand shoots, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Represent the brand authentically through storytelling and creative visuals.

7. Consistency & Growth

• Maintain consistent posting frequency and tone across all platforms.
• Work on audience engagement growth through creative storytelling, contests, and trends.
• Identify opportunities to expand presence to new social media channels (e.g., Threads, Pinterest, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
