Job Description

We are seeking a creative and trend-savvy Social Media Executive / Intern with prior experience in a Digital Agency or Ad Agency environment.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about fashion, digital storytelling, and online engagement, capable of curating high-impact content and managing the brand s digital presence across all major social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with FashionTV s global luxury brand identity.
  • Plan and manage daily posts, campaigns, and brand updates across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter) .
  • Conceptualize and create engaging, trend-driven content including reels, stories, and short-form videos .
  • Collaborate with the creative, content, and marketing teams to produce visually appealing and brand-aligned posts.
  • Engage with online audiences through comments, messages, and influencer collaborations to build brand loyalty.
  • Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to identify content opportunities.
  • Optimize content for engagement and reach using analytics and insights.
  • Coordinate with influencers, photographers, and production teams for social media shoots and campaigns.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports highlighting engagement metrics, audience growth, and campaign performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest platform algorithms, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.
Requirements
  • bachelors Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 0.6 6 years of professional experience in Social Media Management / Digital Marketing (agency background preferred).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and digital audience behavior .
  • Proficiency in Instagram Reels, Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, and scheduling tools (eg, Buffer, Hootsuite, Later).
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design, aesthetics, and luxury branding.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and coordination skills.
  • Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing tools is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
